Conducting workshop at the Lincoln College Chapel

I have just finished working on a video for the Oxford Strategic Leadership Programme. One of elements of the programme is participation in a conducting workshop. It is based on analogy between leadership in business and conducting a chorus.

This particular workshop took a place at the Lincoln College Chapel. The participants had an opportunity to try and conduct the Musica Beata choir under Peter Hanke’s supervision.

My role was to take a part in filming the whole event – we had two cameras, lights and a set of quality microphones to capture the sound. In the following days I edited the all captured audio and video, which finally was exported to DVD.
